Center House "MERMAID", a small boat in which Kenichi Horie, Japanese marine adventurer, crossed the Pacific by himself is "moored" in the 1st floor lobby of the Center House. The in-house shop sells marine goods and clothing of such popular brands as NORTH SAILS and HELLY HANSEN. Also located on the 1st floor is a restaurant "Friandise". Cake & Cafe"Buono" is available on the 3rd floor. Travelift These two travelifts have a lifting capacity of 40 tons,with high stability and operating efficiency,enabling grounded boats and boats under repair to be hoised up and down easily. Maintenance House (repair works) This repair center can house three boats (one 15-meter; two 9-meter) inside and 10 outside in its maintenance yard. There is also an adjacent sail loft.
